About the Company

Limited Liability Company Marketing Agency The Plan owns and operates the Future Architecture Architecture website (www.architectureofthefuture.com), including all information on the site, documents, texts, audio and video files (with the exception of information belonging to a third party, which is defined below), as well as all products and services provided by the Limited Liability Company Marketing Agency The Plan.

Basic Terms

In this document, the following terms are used equally in the singular and in the plural (unless otherwise follows from the meaning of the term) in the following meanings:

Limited Liability Company Marketing Agency The Plan (hereinafter referred to as “The Plan”) is a full-cycle agency specializing in marketing for the architectural, engineering and construction industries, which organizes the Conference – Architecture of the Future.

Architectureofthefuture.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a website owned by The Plan, an information platform for the Architecture of the Future conference.

Architecture of the Future Conference – the annual architecture conference held by The Plan (hereinafter – the “Conference”).

Financial institution – Limited Liability Company Financial Institution Way For Pay (hereinafter – the “Financial Institution or Agent”) authorized to act on the basis of agreements concluded with The Plan, which has the right to provide services for receiving payments in favor of The Plan for Tickets (E-tickets) to the Conference.

Ticket Sales Service – Limited Liability Company Online Business (hereinafter referred to as “Ticket Sales Service”) using the online ticket registration service, located at ticketforevent.com, provides Participants with the opportunity to select options for attending the Conference and pay for electronic ticket in various ways.

E-ticket – a document issued on paper or electronic media used to confirm the right to attend the Conference, containing all the necessary information about the right to attend (unique barcode, event name, date, time and place, any additional technical or legal information, the nominal value of the ticket, other data required to attend the event, the ticket may also contain information about the order).

Participant is a private individual who accepted in full and without exception the conditions of these Regulations in the manner specified in these Regulations for the purpose of participation in the Conference and paid 100% of the Ticket / Tickets (E-ticket / E-tickets).

PD subject – an individual whose personal data are processed.

Personal data (hereinafter “PD“) – information or a collection of information about an individual that is identified or can be identified, processed by The Plan (for example, first name, last name, patronymic, address, email address, telephone number, place of work, position, brief biographical information, details of bank accounts and payment cards and other information, the purpose of processing of which coincides with the purpose of processing PD, and which will be provided by the PD Subject independently or obtained by The Plan in the course of conducting its work activities, including but not limited to the provision of services).

Personal data processing (PD processing) – any action or set of actions, such as collecting, registering, accumulation, storing, adapting, modifying, restoring, using and distributing (distributing, implementing, transmitting), depersonalizing (removing), destroying PD.

Order – one or several tickets (e-tickets) for participation in the Conference, selected by the Participant on the Site and grouped together under one identification number.

Types of tickets – different types of tickets, implying a different set of opportunities for participation in the Conference.

Parties – The Plan, Financial Institution, Participants, Third Parties, Speakers, Partners

Speakers – participants of the Conference, giving a presentation on the stage or participating in panel discussions.

Partners – companies from different business areas, providing support to the Conference and having the opportunity to promote their products / services within the Conference, as well as collect personal data of the Conference participants independently.

Third Party – any individuals and / or legal entities who are not the Conference organizer, Participant, Financial Institution, Speaker, Partner, or other party in the provision of services provided by The Plan, provided for by these Regulations, but by virtue of the law or contractual relations capable of acquiring rights and obligations under them, to bear responsibility.

Terms of Use – the regulations governing the conditions for the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) to the Conference, rights and obligations, as well as the responsibility of all parties, including, but not limited to, the Speakers and Partners of the Conference (hereinafter – the “Regulations“).

Other terms used in these Regulations are defined in accordance with the interpretations formed on the Site, the customs of business turnover and the current legislation of Ukraine.

About the Conference

The Architecture of the Future Conference is an annual architecture conference on the introduction of new technologies, the purpose of which is to create a platform for cooperation between:

• development companies and architects with the aim of creating new modern iconic objects of architecture;

• professionals and young architects to transfer best practices and experience;

• design and new technologies that today form the modern world.

Main Provisions

These Regulations govern the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) for the Conference, the rights and obligations, as well as the responsibilities of all parties, including but not limited to, Speakers and Partners of the Conference, as well as Third Parties. These Regulations enter into force on the date of their publication on the Site and are valid for the entire period of services provided by The Plan.

The Plan is liable to the Participant solely for the quality of the services provided.

The fact of payment by the Participant of the cost of the Ticket (E- Ticket) shall be the fact of acceptance (unconditional acceptance) of the terms of these Regulations, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in written by the parties (in contract, memorandum, etc.).

The Plan has the right to make changes and additions to the Regulations at any time, but in any case, such changes should be published on the Conference Site – architectureofthefuture.com.

If at any time any condition of the Regulations is or becomes illegal, void or one that cannot be actually fulfilled in any aspect according to the legislation of Ukraine, this in no way affects the legality, action or ability to fulfill the other conditions of the Regulations. The Plan undertakes to replace invalid provisions with such provisions that best meet the original intentions of the parties (The Plan, Financial Institution, Participants, Speakers, Partners, etc.) contained in the Regulations. The invalidity of certain provisions of the Regulations does not entail the invalidity of the Regulations as a whole.

The Plan reserves the right at any time, at its own discretion, to make changes, additions to the Regulations both as a whole and to any part thereof, including a new version, without prior notice to Participants, Speakers, Partners, Third Parties. Such changes, additions (new version of the Regulations) come into force from the moment of their publication (posting of the amended text of the Regulations) on the Site, unless a different deadline for the entry into force of the amendments is specified.

These changes are not retroactive in time and do not apply to The Plan’s obligations to provide services previously paid by the Participant.

Participants, Speakers, Partners, Third Parties independently monitor changes in the Regulations.

Participants, Speakers, Partners are considered notified of the changes made to the Regulations (the new version of the Regulations) from the moment these changes are published on the Site, unless a different date of entry into force of the amendments is specified additionally.

The amendments to the Regulations (new version of the Regulations) that have entered into force apply to all Participants, Speakers, Partners, Third Parties.

If the Participant, Speaker, Partner, Third Party continues to use the services of the Plan and the Site after the changes in the Regulations become effective, this indicates that the Participant, Speaker, Partner, and Third Party is aware of and agrees to such changes (new version of the Regulations). If the Participant, Speaker, Partner, Third Party does not agree with the amendments to the Regulations, they must immediately stop access to the Site and its use.

If the Participant does not accept in full the conditions of these Regulations, the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) is not performed. Tickets (E-tickets) purchased by the Participant cannot be returned, including in case of the Participant’s refusal on the basis of the Participant’s non-acceptance of the terms of these Regulations after accepting their conditions and paying for the ticket (E-ticket). Refunds for Tickets (E-tickets) purchased by the Participant are possible only in the manner and under the conditions established by these Regulations.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Participant has the right to:

• receive information from open sources on the cost of Tickets (E-tickets) to the Conference;

• receive information on the rules for the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) for the Conference indicated on the Conference website;

• select the category Student, Student +, Senior, Senior +, Executive, AF After Party Ticket;

• purchase a Ticket (E-ticket) of his choice;

• choose a payment method convenient for the Participant, make payment using the Ticket Sales Service website. In this case, the Participant is obliged to independently study the rules for using a particular method of payment;

• refuse to purchase a Ticket (E-ticket) until the date of payment of the Application in accordance with the conditions set forth in these Regulations;

• send comments and feedback to the Organizing Committee of the Conference;

• visit the Conference by first presenting a printed Ticket (E-ticket) or displaying an E-Ticket stored in the memory of the technical device, if this device allows to show a ticket for verification (scanning) by the Conference access control system;

• use other rights provided for in these Regulations.

Participant must:

• study in detail all the conditions of these Regulations and accept them before paying for the Ticket (E-ticket), as well as all additional rules and conditions governing the relations between the parties within the framework of these Regulations;

• properly fulfill all the conditions and requirements necessary for the provision of the services indicated on the Site and in these Regulations;

• immediately inform The Plan of any circumstances that may affect The Plan’s performance of its obligations;

• reimburse any losses caused to The Plan in accordance with the terms of the Regulations and the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine;

• be fully responsible (including but not limited to legal) for data / information provided by The Plan;

• pay the cost of the Order in full;

• not post, not publish, not transmit or distribute any messages that may be illegal or cause any harm to The Plan, Conference, Financial Institution, Ticket Sales Service, Participants, Partners, Speakers or Third Parties;

• in case of any problems / inconveniences / complaints related to attending and / or staying at the Conference, the Participant shall, within 12 (twelve) hours from the moment the Conference starts, contact The Plan using the contacts specified on the Site, indicating and describing any problems / inconveniences / complaints;

• arrive at the Conference venue in a timely manner;

• comply with the safety rules and terms of these Regulations as established by The Plan;

• notify The Plan of special needs during their stay at the Conference (for example, on providing access for people with disabilities, etc.) before it starts;

• observe discipline and generally accepted standards of behavior, in particular, show respect to The Plan, Organizing Committee, Speakers, Partners, as well as to persons who The Plan attracts to solve the problems of the Participant, not encroach on their honor, dignity and business reputation;

• select an event / lecture at the Conference that the Participant wishes to attend, subject to the age restrictions on the Site for attending this event of the Conference;

• at the request of The Plan representatives (persons with a badge – “Organizer”), or at the request of third-party employees engaged by The Plan (security, personnel in the registration area), provide a document certifying the identity of the Participant, Speaker, Partner upon receiving the badge (E-ticket), certifying passage to the Conference;

• at the request of The Plan representatives (persons with a badge – “Organizer”), or at the request of third-party employees engaged by The Plan (security, personnel in the registration area), provide a document certifying the identity of the Participant, Speaker, Partner at any repeated call Conference area;

• not take with them (not bring) any animals into the Conference territory.

The Plan has the right to:

• require the Participant to comply with all procedures for placing an Order and payment in accordance with the rules set forth in these Regulations;

• refuse to sell the ticket to the Participant, if the Participant does not accept the Regulations in accordance with the conditions laid down in it;

• modify any software or equipment of the Conference Site that allows the Site to function, when errors or malfunctions are detected, in order to perform maintenance or prevent unauthorized access to the Conference Site;

• determine tariffs for their services and change them at their discretion at any time;

• demand from the Participant full payment of the cost of the order for the tickets;

• record the conversation between the Participant and the Plan call center;

• send out information and advertising materials to the Participant’s contact details (by making payment for the Ticket(s) / E-ticket(s), the Participant confirms his consent to receive information and advertising materials from The Plan and / or The Plan’s counterparties);

• refuse further service to the Participant if the Participant does not comply with any of the clauses of these Regulations;

• on its own behalf enter into agreements with third parties to fulfill its obligations regarding the organization and holding of the Conference, while The Plan itself and at its own expense pays for the services of such third parties;

• temporarily suspend the provision of services to the Participant for technical, technological, organizational or other reasons that impede the provision of services, while such reasons are being resolved;

• close access to the Site and other resources, stop providing services without the right to refund if the Participant, Speaker, Partner violates the rules of conduct, in particular, but not limited to, violation of discipline rules and generally accepted standards of conduct specified in these Regulations. Violation of the rules of conduct also refers to the use by the Participant, Speaker of offensive language during the provision of services, including online, general calls for distrust of The Plan publicly and on the Internet, advertising of third-party Internet resources on the Site and on The Plan’s social networks, insults and threats against The Plan, hacker attacks, violation of exclusive copyright and / or property rights by the Participant, Speaker, and The Plan’s intellectual property rights.

The Plan must provide the Participant with:

• necessary information about the Conference;

• necessary information on the conditions of compensation for purchased Tickets (E-tickets) for the Conference, if the event is canceled / modified / postponed. The above information should be based on an official letter from the head of The Plan. Information published on the Conference Site will be considered complete and comprehensive;

• an opportunity to choose a method of payment for a Ticket (E-ticket) from payment options offered on the Conference website;

• inform the Participant about changes in the conditions of these Regulations, changes in the price of Tickets (E-tickets) to the Conference, by publishing information on the Conference Site;

• assistance in using the Conference Site, instructions on how to choose / make / pay / receive a Ticket (E-ticket), explain other rules and conditions for attending the Conference;

• to provide the services stipulated by these Regulations on the conditions and in the manner set forth in this document.

Responsibility of the Parties

The Parties are responsible for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations stipulated by these Regulations, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the conditions of these Regulations.

The responsibility of the Financial Institution to the Participant is limited to the organization and facilitation of cooperation between The Plan and the Participant aimed at the sale (purchase) of the Ticket (E-ticket) for participation in the Conference.

The financial institution is not responsible for the cancellation / replacement / rescheduling of the Conference, other circumstances in connection with which the Conference did not take place.

The Participant bears all possible risks associated with his actions (inaction), mistakes made and / or inaccuracies in the presented data or data of the Third Parties when using the services provided for in these Regulations.

The Plan disclaims responsibility for any loss and / or non-pecuniary damage incurred by the Participant due to his / her delusion and / or misunderstanding of information about the payment procedure, as well as about the receipt and use of services or the content of the provisions of these Regulations.

The Plan disclaims responsibility for the storage and protection of a ticket against copying, theft, damage, etc., if the Ticket (E- ticket) was received by the Participant in accordance with the terms of these Regulations.

The Plan, Financial Institution are exempt from liability for partial or full failure to comply with the provisions of the Regulations, if such a violation is caused by the action of force majeure (force majeure circumstances) that are not predictable and cannot be prevented by reasonable measures, including but not limited to: weather and natural disasters (fire, flood, earthquake, freezing of the sea, strait, ports, etc., closure of paths, straits, canals, passes) and other natural disasters, political disasters, military actions, blockades, embargo, other international sanctions, other actions of states that create barriers to fulfill the conditions of this Regulation, civil unrest, labor strikes, actions of state authorities and local self-government of Ukraine, prohibiting or limiting the fulfillment of obligations under this Regulation, lack of electricity, errors, malfunctions and failures in telecommunications and energy networks, any other circumstances that may affect the execution of provisions of the Regulations by The Plan, as well as in other cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Ukraine” and / or the legislation of Ukraine.

In the event of force majeure circumstances preventing the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the Regulations, the period for the fulfillment of such obligations by the Parties shall be extended in proportion to the duration of such circumstances, as well as the time required to eliminate the consequences, but not more than 60 calendar days.

A party that cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure must notify the other Party in writing within three working days from the occurrence of such circumstances. Failure to comply with this requirement does not give the parties the right to invoke further action of force majeure.

The proof of the action of force majeure is a document issued by the relevant competent authority.

Disclaimer

Under no circumstances The Plan, employees, managers or other related persons (sponsors, intermediaries, representatives, partners, subagents or any other persons, including persons acting on behalf of the Financial Institution) shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages including loss of profits and non-material damage incurred as a result of the purchase of a Ticket (E-ticket) to the Conference, as well as in the case of unauthorized access to the personal data of the Participant, third parties specified by the Participant.

The Plan shall not responsible for violation of the Regulations in the event that the Participant provides inaccurate and / or incomplete information about themselves when placing the Order and paying for services, including contact information (email, telephone, etc.), as well as in the case of non-provision of new contact information by the Participant (email, telephone, etc.).

The Plan shall not be liable in the event of non-fulfillment or improper performance of services on its part or on the part of third parties, arising from inaccuracy, insufficiency or inopportunity of confirming information provided by the Participant, Speaker, Partner, as well as resulting from other violations of the terms of these Regulations by the Participant, Speaker, Partner.

The Plan shall not be liable if the Participant does not attend the Conference due to circumstances independent of The Plan (the organizer of the Conference). In case of non-attendance by the Participant of the Conference due to circumstances beyond the control of the Plan, the cost of the Ticket (E-ticket) acquired by the Participant shall not be refunded.

The Plan does not bear any responsibility, including legal, for any personal property of the Participant, Speaker, Partner, lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise lost completely or in part at the Conference. In these cases, the owner of the lost property has the right (at his own discretion) to make appropriate statements to the law enforcement agencies in order to establish the truth and bring to justice the guilty persons. Participants, Speakers, Partners should not, by their actions taken in connection with the complete or partial loss of property, disrupt the normal course of the Conference, create any difficulties / obstacles / inconveniences / conflicts for those present at the Conference, including with a view to resolving issues associated with lost property.

The Plan is not responsible for the Conference’s failure to meet the expectations of the Participant, Speaker and their subjective assessment. The Plan does not give the Participant, Speaker any warranty obligations regarding the services provided, including (the list is not exhaustive): continuity, timeliness, accuracy, exact compliance with the decision of specific tasks and wishes of the Participant, Speaker.

The Plan is not responsible for modifying or amending the Conference program, Conference schedule, or other Conference terms and conditions.

The Plan makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the Site is accurate, reliable and current. The Plan does not guarantee the accuracy and relevance of any information posted on the Site at any one time, and does not accept complaints about any failures and inaccuracies, as well as any damage resulting from these failures and inaccuracies.

The Plan is not responsible for the proper operation and protection of communication channels, protection, working conditions and proper operation of computer equipment and other equipment, software used by the Participant to enter the Conference site.

The Plan is not liable to Participants, Speakers, Partners or to any third parties for any damages, including lost profits or lost data, damage to honor, dignity or business reputation associated with the use of The Plan services.

Reimbursement

The Participant is obliged to reimburse The Plan and ensure that The Plan agency does not suffer from any losses, claims, expenses or liability that may arise in any way in connection with the provision of services for organizing and holding the Conference according to these Regulations by The Plan Agency with the exception of cases when it is finally determined by the court that the specified losses, claims or liability are a direct result of gross negligence or the conscious guilty actions of the authorized representatives of The Plan. Any such requirement will be limited to the amount of reasonable damages foreseen, which are a direct consequence of the nature of such actions and will not include loss of profits, indirect losses and penalties.

Dispute Resolution

Services are considered to be rendered properly and fully, if within two days of the end of the Conference, the Participant, Speaker, Partner did not make a written complaint to The Plan with detailed justification of violations of The Plan with reference to the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Participants and The Plan will take steps to resolve all disputes and disagreements arising from these Regulations or in connection with its execution, through negotiations.

If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, any dispute that arises under / in connection with these Regulations, all amendments to it (including a dispute regarding their existence, validity or termination, or the consequences of declaring them invalid) shall be considered in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Other Provisions

The terms of the Regulations are deemed accepted from the moment the Participant pays the cost of the Ticket (E-ticket) in accordance with the terms of the present Regulations.

By accepting the terms of these Regulations, the Participant, Speaker, Partner confirms his legal competence and contractual capacity, the actual intention to fulfill the conditions of these Regulations under the conditions specified in these Regulations, without any coercions and coercion to accept the terms of the Regulations, his full understanding of the terms and terminology used in these Regulations in the Russian language, the legal use of a bank payment card, and also implements and confirms responsibility for the obligations imposed on him as a result of the conditions of the Regulations.

All information related to the subject of these Regulations and provided by the Parties to each other is considered confidential and cannot be disclosed by any party without the written consent of the other party, except as required by applicable law and these Regulations.

All issues not regulated by these Regulations are governed by the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine.

Intellectual Property

The materials, graphics, design, software, products and services contained in the Site are protected by copyright and trademarks, as well as intellectual property laws, therefore any use of the Site materials without proper reference to the source will violate the Site rights according to the law.

Participant, Speaker, Partner unconditionally agrees and confirms that any intellectual property rights, including exclusive intellectual property rights (exclusive right to use, exclusive right to authorized use, right to prevent unauthorized use, including prohibiting such use, etc.) to any materials (text, audio, video, graphic and any other materials), access to which the Participant, Speaker, Partner received in connection with their receipt of services in accordance with these Regulations are fully owned by The Plan and / or other legal owner of rights during the entire period of validity of intellectual property rights.

Participants, Speakers, Partners are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute or in any other way (order) use for commercial or non-commercial purposes the information, ideas and / or materials provided by The Plan under these Regulations, create information products based on it, and also use this information in any other way, except as required by the legislation of Ukraine.

By accepting the Regulations Participant, Speaker, Partner, third parties confirm that they will not copy, reproduce at their discretion, use ideas, download, distribute Site materials, its products and services, unless it is explicitly allowed by the legal owners or the legislation of Ukraine.

Third Party Materials

In addition to the products and services that the Site advertises, this Site also advertises and provides accessible information about third-party products and services. All third-party products and services are governed by separate cooperation agreements (contracts) between The Plan marketing agency and third parties.

The Plan makes no warranties and assumes no responsibility for third-party materials, including any liability arising from the incompatibility of third-party products and / or services, and products and / or services provided by The Plan. You agree that The Plan is exempt from any kind of responsibility (including legal) in relation to the Third Party materials.

Provision of Information

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” No. 2297-VІ dated June 1, 2010, the Participant, Speaker, Partner confirm and agree to provide their PD, as well as PD of third parties specified by the Participant, Speaker, Partner, and Financial Institution and Ticket Sales Service receives such PD in the process of issuing an Order for Issuing a Ticket (E-ticket) and providing the Participant with other services of the Financial Institution, namely: last name, first name, patronymic name, sex, contact phone number, city, shipping address, person authorized to receive Tickets (E-tickets) (when ordering tickets (e-tickets)) and email address.

The conditions for processing PD and the list of PD that may be processed by The Plan are provided for in the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.

Personal data of the Participant, Speaker, Partner are processed in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. The Participant, Speaker, Partner agrees to the automatic processing and / or processing without the use of automated means of their PD by The Plan agency in relation to the provision of services stipulated by these Regulations.

The Participant, Speaker, Partner also agrees to the collection, accumulation, storage and other processing of the Participant’s, Speaker’s, Partner’s PD, as well as third-parties’ PD indicated by the Participant, Speaker, Partner including transferring such PD to third parties without further notice to the Participant, Speaker. By accepting the terms of these Regulations, the Participant, Speaker, Partner confirms that he / she has been notified of the inclusion of their PD in the personal database of The Plan, as well as third parties’ PD indicated by the Participant, Speaker, and the rights specified in the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

Since the PD of the Participant, Speaker, Partner, and the personal data of third parties indicated by the Participant, Speaker, is processed in order to fulfill the conditions stipulated by the Regulations, no additional consent of the Participant, Speaker, Partner or the third parties specified by the Participant, Speaker, is granted to the Agent for processing their PD. The period of use of PD may be unlimited. The Participant, Speaker, Partner ensures and bears responsibility for the fact that his PD and third parties’ PD specified by the Participant, Speaker, Partner in the Application when placing an Order and provision the services by the Financial Institution are voluntarily provided by the Participant, Speaker, Partner and third parties, and that such third parties have read and agree to these Regulatios.

Content Management and Communications

The Plan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add or remove any content on the Site, and also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of this Site at any time, if The Plan has reason to do so without prior notice or liability.

In addition, The Plan reserves the right to remove your content or the ability to subscribe if The Plan has a conviction that you have violated these Regulations or legal provisions, or that such removal is necessary to comply with legal requirements or to protect The Plan’s or third parties’ rights.

All materials that you send to the Site, including emails, become the sole and exclusive property of The Plan, and The Plan may reproduce, distribute, display and otherwise use this material in all sources and in the media that are known or in the future will be developed in the world and without any compensation.

Governing Law

These Regulations, all changes to them, and all questions that arise or concern them, are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

User Behavior

When using the Site, the Participant, Speaker, Partner agrees:

• not to violate or interfere with the use of the Site by any other user;

• not to upload or otherwise transmit through the Site any viruses or other harmful, destructive files;

• not to create a false personality;

• not to use or try to use someone else’s account, password, services or systems;

• not to use automatic mechanisms (including, without limitation, robots, spiders, autonomous readers, collecting bots or other mechanisms) to retrieve, load, store, reproduce or play the Site or its contents;

• not to attempt to download and / or transmit any content to which he is not entitled to transfer and / or violate the rights of third parties;

• not to violate or interfere with security or otherwise harm the Site, or any products or services, materials of the Site, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to the Site or accessible through the Site or any affiliated or related sites;

• not to post any materials containing defamation, obscene, pornographic, offensive, threatening, illegal information or information relating to gambling, not to interfere with privacy.

Conference Venue

The Architecture of the Future Conference will be held in a separate location, fully providing the Participants with all possible technical equipment for video and sound, with the opportunity to be be provided with food during the 3 days of the conference.

Conference Language

The official working language of the Conference is English. Simultaneous translation into Ukrainian and Russian languages ​​will also be carried out and transmitted via headphones.

Video and Photography of the Conference

The conference will be fully documented. Upon entering the Conference location, the Participants agree to the free publication and use of photographs, films and audio recordings, which are produced at the Conference, and can also participate in relevant events. If the Participant gives an interview to the Conference staff, he grants permission for the unrestricted use of the created material.

The Plan has the right to conduct photography, audio and video recording of the Conference in general and its Participants, Speakers, Conference visitors, third parties in the Conference territory, in particular. The Plan (its employees, contractors and proxies) has the right to use / post / publish the above photo, audio and video materials at its discretion, including, but not limited to, posting in any media, print media, online Internet, on the Site, without obtaining additional consent from the Participant, Speaker, Partner, Conference visitors, third parties and without paying any fees to the specified persons.

Confidentiality

Participant, Speaker, Partner agrees that The Plan has the right to place / use / print / publish advertising and other materials at its own expense, including, but not limited to, in the media, in the [booklet, program] of the Conference, on the Site, which contain information about the Speaker, Participant, Partner, and / or its delegates (company name, company logo, company profile, delegate positions, telephone numbers, email address).

Security at the Conference

Within 3 days of the Conference, The Plan provides a medical team on duty, as well as security services aimed at maintaining order.

Participation in the Conference of Persons under 18

Participants under the age of 18 must submit the following documents: a copy of a passport or other identity card for both under 18 and the accompanying party, a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents or legal guardian / trustee (or one of the parents with a document confirming the second parent’s detention).

The Plan reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who does not comply with these documentation requirements.

Children under 3 years are admitted free of charge provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Age Requirements *:

• 3 years or less: attendant’s presence at the time of the Conference; for a minor the Ticket (E-ticket) is not required;

• 3 – 16 years: attendant’s presence at the time of the Conference; the Ticket (E-ticket) is required for a minor / underage and attendant;

• 16 – 18 years: permission of the guardian / curator; a ticket (E-ticket) is required only for an underage;

• 18 +: the Ticket (E-ticket) is required.

* Date of birth on the day the Conference starts.

Types of Tickets

The Conference provides Participants with the opportunity to purchase 3 types of tickets.

Student Ticket, or Student (and Student + with the additional option of simultaneous translation)

Student Ticket is a discount ticket. The price includes access to all presentations and activities of the Conference within 3 days of the Conference.

Simple Ticket, or Senior (and Senior + with the additional option of simultaneous translation)

The cost of the Simple Ticket includes access to all speeches and activities of the Conference within 3 days of the Conference, as well as access to videos and presentations after the Conference.

Superior Ticket, or Executive

The cost of the Superior Ticket includes access to all the speeches and activities of the Conference during 3 days of the Conference, access to videos and presentations after the Conference, access to the Speaker & Partner lounge zone during all conference days, coffee breaks, lunches within 3 days of the Conference, participation in AF After Party.

Payment Order

The Participant pays the cost of the Order by 100% prepayment using any payment method offered by the Ticket Sales Service and indicated on the Conference Site.

The cost of the Order and the services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service is considered paid if the payment system provides information on the crediting of funds in the amount of 100% of the value of the Order and the services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service from the Participant’s account in favor of the Financial Institution or transferring money to the current the account of the Financial Institution (in the case of payment through payment systems accessed from the website of the Ticket Sales Service).

In case of payment of the Order with a bank card, the Participant is obliged to use only the card issued in the name of the Participant.

After payment of the Order and the services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service in full, the Order is considered sold and the Participant has the right to attend the Conference.

In the event of non-payment or only partial payment of the Order and / or services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service, the Order is considered unsold and is canceled.

Ticket Delivery

The Ticket Sales Service sends a message to the Participant’s email address with an attached E- ticket with a unique barcode that must be printed or stored in the memory of the technical device owned by the Participant, if such a device allows to display the E-ticket for verification (scanning) by the Conference venue access control system. The ticket form allows for a one-time visit to the Conference through verification by the Conference venue access control system.

E-tickets

When purchasing an E-ticket, the Participant must provide his active and current email address and indicate his personal data specified in these Regulations and necessary for processing the personal data of the recipient of the E-ticket.

The Participant assumes responsibility and agrees that he / she is solely responsible for providing an incorrect or invalid email address, accessing his / her email account, protecting the Participant’s email address and receiving an E-ticket for the Conference from third party access.

The E-ticket is sent to the email address indicated by the Participant, provided the Participant complies with the requirements of these Regulations and pays 100% of the cost of the Order and the services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service.

The Participant is obliged to print the E-ticket independently and at his own expense. When printing an E-ticket, the Participant is obliged to ensure that the E-ticket is of proper quality. In the event of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligation set forth in this clause, the Participant shall be solely responsible for the above actions (inaction), including cases where the head of The Plan and / or a Conference employee limit the Participant’s access to the Conference.

The Participant is solely responsible for the storage and protection of the E-ticket from being copied. If an E-ticket is copied, the head of The Plan and / or a Conference employee will allow access to the Conference to the person who is the first to submit such an E-ticket for verification (scanning) by the Conference venue access control system.

Discounts

The Plan reserves the right to introduce any actions for the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) at any stage of sale before 24.00 October 08, 2019 inclusive.

Payment for Participation in the Conference

Payment for participation in the Conference is possible until 24.00 October 08, 2019 inclusive. On the first day of the Conference, namely, October 09, 2019, payment for participation in the Conference will not be possible, and the sale of tickets (E-tickets) will be closed.

The Plan reserves the right to refuse admission to the Conference if payment is not received.

Tickets for Students

Students under the age of 27 have the opportunity to purchase Tickets (E-tickets) to the Conference at a reduced price. The Conference organizer must be presented with a certificate of admission to a state university or other higher education institution. If such evidence cannot be provided, the Conference organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to the Conference.

Replacing a Conference Participant

A Participant can replace a delegate to the Conference under a paid Ticket (E-ticket) of a Conference Participant, no later than 7 days before the Conference, by sending a request to replace the Conference Participant to the email address hello@architectureofthefuture.com, indicating “Replacing the Conference Participant” in the subject line.

A replacement is deemed to have taken place if The Plan has confirmed the replacement of the participant by e-mail and received the contact details of the new participant, as well as his confirmation of participation in the Conference.

Cancellation of Participation in the Conference

If the Participant cancels his participation in the Conference, the Participant has the right to:

• receive a 90% loan to participate in any other The Plan event held in Ukraine or any other country, while the administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket is not returned;

OR

• request The Plan to refund the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket purchased by the Participant in the manner provided for in the “RETURN OF CASH” section of these Regulations.

Cancellation of the conference and change of the essential conditions of the conference

In case of cancellation of the Conference by The Plan agency, the Participant has the right to:

• receive a 90% loan to participate in any other The Plan event held in Ukraine or any other country, while the administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket is not returned;

OR

• request The Plan to refund the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket purchased by the Participant in the manner provided for in the “RETURN OF CASH” section of these Regulations.

If the Plan changes the essential conditions of the Conference (date or city), the Participant has the right to:

• receive a 90% loan to participate in any other The Plan event held in Ukraine or any other country, while the administrative fee of 10% of the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket is not returned;

OR

• request The Plan to refund the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket purchased by the Participant in the manner provided for in the “RETURN OF CASH” section of these Regulations.

The Plan shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the Participant, Speaker, Partner, Third Parties as a result of cancellation / replacement / rescheduling of the Conference, except as provided for in the Regulations. The Plan does not bear any responsibility in cases of occurrence of extraordinary circumstances, as a result of which cancellation / replacement / rescheduling of the Conference occurs due to the occurrence of force majeure circumstances (force majeure) stipulated by the Regulations, accidental event, unforeseen event or any other event, which makes it impossible, illegal or problematic to hold the Conference.

Refund

The funds received by The Plan as payment for the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket shall be returned to the Participant only in case of cancellation / replacement / rescheduling of the Conference, as well as in other cases stipulated by the Regulations. Other conditions for the return of paid money for the purchased Ticket / E-ticket are absent.

A Participant who has purchased a Ticket / E-ticket and has made all the necessary payments may apply to The Plan with a request to return the purchased E-ticket and to receive the money paid for it, in the case of:

• cancellation of the Conference;

• changes in the essential conditions of the Conference (date or city of the Conference);

• cancellation of the Participant’s participation in the Conference;

• replacement of a previously purchased Ticket / E-ticket for a Ticket / E-ticket of a different type for the same Conference, and / or for another event held by The Plan.

In case of one of the above reasons, the Participant contacts the Plan via an email to hello@architectureofthefuture.com and provides a copy of the document confirming his identity.

Such a request must contain the data of the appealing person: full name, registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card, the name of the Conference, the number of tickets and their barcode, the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket, bank card number (money will be transferred to the specified card), the reason for the return of the Ticket / E-ticket, date, signature and is accepted by The Plan only if the Participant complies with the specified requirements for such appeal. Only a Participant whose details are indicated in the Order can apply for a refund.

In case of an appeal, sent by the Participant on the basis of clause 3 of the above list, the refund amount is 90% of the cost of the ticket minus 10% of the cost of the Services of the Financial Institution and the Ticket Sales Service.

If the appeal took place less than 7 (seven) days before the Conference, the cost of the Ticket / E-ticket purchased by the Participant is not refunded to the Participant.

The deadline for returning the cost of services may be 30 calendar days, but no more.

An appeal, sent by the Participant on the basis of clause 4 of the above list is accepted by The Plan only if such appeal was received no less than 7 working days before the Conference, for which an E-Ticket was purchased. In this case, the Plan decides on the satisfaction and / or refusal to return the funds to the Participant for the E-ticket purchased by him.

In case of an appeal, sent by the Participant on the basis of clauses 1-2 of the above list, the Participant is returned 90% of the cost of the ticket / E-ticket purchased by the Participant.

Refund to the Participant for the Ticket / E-ticket purchased by him based on clauses 1-2 of the above list shall be made by the Agent only if The Plan has granted the relevant permission to the Financial Institution, and also provided the Financial Institution with the required amount of funds.

Refund for Tickets / E-tickets purchased at a discount (at a promotional price) is carried out in the amount of actually transferred funds. The cash equivalent of discounts is not refundable.

The return of the administrative fee in the amount of 10% of the nominal value of the Ticket / E-ticket in any case is not carried out.

Changes to the Conference Program

The Conference program listed on the Site is a preliminary one. Certain provisions of the Conference program may be amended or deleted by The Plan unilaterally.

The Participant acknowledges that he cannot claim compensation from the organizer of the Conference if there have been changes in the program or any of the Speakers has been canceled. This condition is accepted by the Participant by accepting the terms of the Regulations.

It is strictly forbidden to any company, organization or visitor to attempt to organize any event, assuming or positioning it as if it was organized in cooperation or under the briefing of the Conference or The Plan agency.

Side Events

The Plan has the right to conduct side events independently or with the involvement of partners, which may not be included in the main dates of the Conference or in the main program of the Conference. Information on all events will be posted on the Conference Site, as well as added to the Conference newsletters.

Attendance of third-party events by the Conference Participants is voluntary and free of charge, unless other conditions are specified separately.

The Plan reserves the right to hold private side events and determine the list of guests at its own discretion.

We will strive to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

All claims or complaints related to these Regulations must be submitted in writing within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of their occurrence. After the specified period, claims (complaints) are considered by The Plan on a voluntary basis.
